Beijing, October 21st—Sun Haiyan, Vice-minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee (IDCPC), met here today with a delegation led by Tsarikhin, Member of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (CPRF) and First Secretary of the CPRF Moscow City Committee.

Sun said, under the strategic guidance of General Secretary Xi Jinping and President Vladimir Putin, China-Russia comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination for a new era has always advanced steadily and developed at a high level following the right direction. The CPC is willing to work with the CPRF to strengthen exchanges at all levels and across various fields, deepen experience exchange in state governance and administration and ideological and theoretical studies, and actively contribute to the development of China-Russia relations.
