Beijing, August 27th—Liu Jianchao, Minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee (IDCPC), met here today with a delegation of "AMANAT" Party of Kazakhstan led by Daulet Karibek, Executive Secretary of the "AMANAT" Party. 

Liu said, China and Kazakhstan are good brothers, good partners and good neighbors. The Chinese side is willing to work with the Kazakh side to implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state, renew traditional friendship, promote mutually beneficial cooperation, firmly support each other, and jointly build a more substantive and dynamic China-Kazakhstan community with a shared future. At present, changes of the world unseen in a century are unfolding at a faster pace. The Chinese side is willing to work with the Kazakh side to implement the three major global initiatives, firmly safeguard the international system with the United Nations at its core and the international order based on international law, deepen collaboration within multilateral frameworks such as the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, and uphold true multilateralism, advocate an equal and orderly multipolar world and inclusive economic globalization, and jointly promote the building of a community with a shared future for mankind. 

Liu noted, inter-party exchanges are an important part of China-Kazakhstan relations. The CPC is willing to enhance friendly exchanges with the "AMANAT" Party of Kazakhstan, strengthen exchanges and mutual learning in party building and other fields, and promote greater development of China-Kazakhstan relations. The recently held third plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee clearly declared to the world that China will unswervingly promote reform and opening up and adhere to the path of peaceful development. The Chinese side supports Kazakhstan in taking a development path that is in line with its national conditions and is ready to work with Kazakhstan and other countries around the world to share development opportunities to promote regional and world development and prosperity. 

Karibek congratulated the People's Republic of China on its upcoming 75th anniversary, saying that President Xi Jinping's two visits to Kazakhstan in recent years fully demonstrated the importance attached to Kazakhstan-China relations and encouraged Kazakhstan. The "AMANAT" Party regards the CPC as an important partner. Since the two Parties signed the memorandum of exchanges and cooperation, the exchanges between the two sides have become increasingly close. It is willing to continue to strengthen exchanges and mutual learning of experience in state governance and administration with the CPC, and promote cooperation in think tanks, youth and other fields, intensify collaboration within the multilateral framework of international political parties such as the CPC in Dialogue with World Political Parties High-Level Meeting, the BRICS Political Parties, Think Tanks and Civil Society Organizations Forum, and the China-Central Asia Political Parties Dialogue to jointly create a new "golden thirty years" for Kazakhstan-China relations. 

Chen Zhou, Vice-minister of the IDCPC, Zhilkibayev, Secretary of the "AMANAT" Party, Shakhrat Nuryshev, Kazakh Ambassador to China, and others were present at the meeting.
