Beijing, November 19th—Wang Chen, Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Vice Chairman of the NPC Standing Committee met here today with a delegation of the Mongolian Democratic Party led by Sodnomzundui Erdene, Chairman of Mongolian Democratic Party and Member of the State Great Hural.

Wang said that this year marks the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between China and Mongolia. Under the strategic guidance of the leaders of the two countries, China-Mongolia relations are facing new opportunities. The CPC attaches great importance to strengthening inter-party exchanges with the Mongolian Democratic Party and share experience in party building and state governance. It is hoped that the legislative bodies of the two sides will give full play to the role of the regular exchange mechanism and carry out cooperation in legislation and supervision so as to contribute to promoting the China-Mongolia comprehensive strategic partnership.

Erdene expressed the willingness to deepen exchanges and cooperation with the CPC and the China’s National People's Congress.
